We can deliver directly to your accommodation, such as a hotel or inn. When ordering, please enter your check-in date and reservation name. To return, please leave the item at the front desk or bell desk and request collection.

If you are staying at a ryokan or hotel in Kyoto City, we can deliver to your hotel. Please note that we do not offer collection or dressing services at our store.
