Round-trip shipping is free to Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu.
Shipping is free to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, but return shipping costs 2,500 yen.
 2. Delivery to your home and return at a convenience store
Shipping is free within Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu. Return shipping costs will be 1,000 yen.

Delivery time and method of the product

For domestic addresses, the product will be sent to your specified address by one of the following delivery companies: Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Yu-Pack on the delivery date (generally two days before the date of use).For overseas addresses, the product will be sent to your specified address by one of the following delivery companies: FedEx or DHL, approximately one week before the date of use .

Returns, defective products, and cancellations

We cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience after the product has been shipped. However, we will accept returns only if the following conditions are met and you contact us by email between the delivery date and the day before the product is to be used.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you contact us on the day of use or after the date of use.

[Returns if the product is different from what you expected]
If the product you receive is not what you expected, you can return it only before wearing it. Please be sure to email us with the reason for the return before returning it. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount to your account minus the round-trip shipping fee and handling fee. Round-trip shipping is 3,000 yen (tax included) per package (5,500 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands). There is a handling fee of 1,000 yen (tax included). If you pay by credit card, the difference will be refunded. We cannot accept returns after wearing the kimono. Also, since our products are rental items, they may have some dirt or scratches. We cannot accept returns due to dirt or scratches.

[Returns if the kimono does not fit properly]
If you are unable to wear the kimono properly and are unable to use it, you can return it. Please send it back to us by email, informing us of the reason for the return and any difficulty in putting it on. Returns are subject to the condition that you have tried it on and practiced by the day before the day of use. If you have not tried it on or practiced in advance and are unable to wear it on the day of use, we will not accept cancellations. We may also ask for detailed information about your dressing in order to use this information to improve our product services, so we appreciate your cooperation. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount you paid.


●We cannot accept returns for customer convenience after the replacement product has been shipped. Exchanges will only be accepted if the following conditions are met and you contact us within one day of receiving the product. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone during our business hours. If you are out of business hours, please contact us by email. The store will cover the cost of return shipping and re-shipping.

If the size does not fit
Due to inventory issues, the desired product may not be available. If we inform you during order confirmation that size exchanges are not possible after shipment, we will not be able to accept exchanges. Our products are rental items, so they may have minor stains or scratches. We cannot accept exchanges due to stains or scratches. Please understand if we are unable to deliver a replacement product in time due to unavoidable shipping conditions.


●If there is a problem with the product, regardless of whether the product has been used or not, we will refund an amount appropriate to the situation only if you contact us by phone or email within 2 days of receiving the product.
In the unlikely event that the contents of the product we sent are incomplete, defective, or missing, we will send a replacement as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide the same item, we will provide an equivalent replacement. Our products are rental items, so they may have some dirt or scratches. We cannot offer refunds due to dirt or scratches. If the replacement item cannot be delivered in time and you are unable to wear the kimono, we will compensate you by refunding the full amount paid.


●Cancellation If you wish to cancel, please contact us by email with the subject "Cancellation Request" and the name of the person who placed the order and the date of use clearly written in the body of the email. If the item has not yet been shipped when we receive the email, the cancellation will be considered complete. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the timing and content of the cancellation.

[Cancellation fee]
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the date of use and within 14 days of the order date are free of charge.
From the earlier of the 15th day after the order date or 14 days before the date of use until 5 days before the date of use, we charge 20% of the total price.
If you cancel between 4 days before the date of use and before shipping, we will charge 100% of the product price.
